Sidewalk Restoration Begins in El Pitillal

Puerto Vallarta and Mayor Javier Bravo are making wonderful improvements to our community. Here is another initiative currently underway.
Friday, February 6, in El Pitillal, Mayor Javier Bravo Carbajal of Puerto Vallarta introduced a new initiative to restore, renovate and remodel many sidewalks in El Pitillal. The program introduced by the Mayor will begin with the main square and progress to the other areas of El Pitillal.
This initiative is the partnership of local government and business owners in the area. Resources for this program will be from COPLADENUM (Municipal Development Committee) funded with 80% by City government and the remainder from the local benefitting business owners of the zone. This partnership was created to benefit the businesses with a new and improved image from the sidewalks that will be created.
This is the first of several initiatives planned for El Pitillal to provide a nicer community and better security to all local residents and visitors.
