Vallarta Exposed at MPM 2009

On Sunday, June 7th, a cocktail and dinner sponsored by Tamaulipas at the Casamagna Marriott Puerto Vallarta Resort kicked off MPM 2009, which is taking place at the Puerto Vallarta International Convention Center through June 9th.
Over 150 buyers from USA, Canada, Europe and Mexico are in Puerto Vallarta this week, where they are learning about Mexican tourism destinations, facilities and specialized services from over 100 Mexican tourism destinations, facilities and specialized service providers.
MPM 2009 attendees are taking advantage of networking opportunities, participating in seminars on how to conduct business and find solutions when organizing events in Mexico, how to host meetings on a one-on-one basis with buyers and destination representatives, and learning about the advantages and amenities that Puerto Vallarta offers as a convention and incentive destination.
And since Puerto Vallarta is a warm, friendly and exciting destination full of the colors and flavors of "Old Mexico," a tour around the city to discover its beauty and trips to some of the Banderas Bay area's most popular tourist attractions are also part of the general program. |
