Mexico City - ICA, Mexico's top building company, said on Tuesday it plans to increase its capital via a global public share offering.

ICA said in a statement it will decide the size of the offering at a shareholders meeting on June 25, without giving more details.

ICA was not immediately available for comment.

ICA, which has construction projects ranging from roads to energy, is making the most of President Felipe Calderon's multibillion-dollar infrastructure plan aimed at helping the country survive the global economic slump.
