The Grand Opening of the Orchid Bar will be held from 1 pm to 5 pm on Sunday, June 28th at Vallarta Botanical Gardens. For more information, call (322) 223-2678.
You won't want to miss the Grand Opening on June 28th of the new Orchid Bar on the upper level of Hacienda de Oro at Vallarta Botanical Gardens. True to its belief in recycling, Vallarta Botanical Gardens has commissioned talented artist, Leno Morfํn, to construct the new bar in a rustic style from the wood of a local corral being torn down.

Leno was born in the Sierra Madre Mountains of Jalisco, and then lived in Chicago from the age of 16. For over 30 years he earned his living as a building contractor and simultaneously honed his talent as a painter of abstract art. Under the mentorship of French artist, Louis Durot, Leno has been exhibiting throughout the world.

Having recently returned to Jalisco, Leno is currently exhibiting 15 of his paintings at Los Mangos Library at 1001 Francisco Villa Avenue. Leno will display some of his vibrant paintings, which are also available for sale, at Vallarta Botanical Gardens.

The Grand Opening of the Orchid Bar will be held from 1 pm to 5 pm on Sunday, June 28th at Vallarta Botanical Gardens, located on Highway 200 South at Km. 25, just past the town of Las Juntas y Veranos. Public transportation is available on the El Tuito - Botanical Gardens bus from the corner of Aguacate and Carranza.

Complimentary drinks and snacks will be served, so saddle on up and mosey on over to the new bar in the hacienda at Vallarta Botanical Gardens. Wear your dance shoes if you feel like kicking up your heels.

Vallarta Botanical Gardens is located 30 minutes south of Old Town at Km. 24 on Highway 200. Their telephone is (322) 223-2678. For more information, visit VallartaBotanicalGardensAC.org.
