Expats In Vallarta Continues to Grow
email this pageprint this pageemail usSara Wise - PVNN

Over 120 people attended the second Expats In Vallarta Happy Hour on July 7th at Cheeky Monkey.
The local group of Expats In Vallarta, made up of Puerto Vallarta residents, visitors and investors from other countries, continues to grow dramatically, even in the summer. Their last get-together, held on July 7th at Cheeky Monkey on the Malecón, was attended by over 120 people.

The next Expats In Vallarta Happy Hour gathering at Cheeky Monkey will be on Tuesday, July 21st at 5 pm. Anyone wanting to join or attend the July 21 Happy Hour should contact sarajwise(at)yahoo.com. Drop-ins are welcome!

The purpose of the group is informal fellowship and assistance for expats around Vallarta or for those considering the area. There is no membership fee or requirement; everyone pays for only what they use or consume.

We will likely continue with a bi-weekly event schedule to serve as a base for meeting and socializing with (new) friends. In August we will be moving to different locations.

For further information, check out their new website ExpatsInVallarta.com, which is being set up to provide information about the group and facilitate communication between members.
