October 12, 2009

Tickets are available at bite me! beach club and from the Puerto Vallarta chapter of Make-a-Wish Mexico.
On Saturday, October 31 at 7 pm, bite me! beach club will host Spooktacular, a Halloween costume party in support of the Make-a-Wish Foundation of Puerto Vallarta.

Since 1980, the Make-A-Wish Foundation has enriched the lives of children with life-threatening medical conditions through its wish-granting work. The Foundation's mission reflects the life-changing impact that a Make-A-Wish experience has on children, families, referral sources, donors, sponsors and entire communities.

The Make-A-Wish Foundation was founded in 1980 in the United States. It has since blossomed into a worldwide phenomenon, reaching thousands of children around the world. Affiliates of Make-A-Wish Foundation International can now be found in 33 countries around the world.

The Make-A-Wish Foundation has become the largest wish-granting organization in the world and can be found in over 34 countries on five continents. With the help of generous donors and over 30,000 volunteers, the Make-A-Wish Foundation has granted more than 225,000 wishes worldwide since inception. Although it has become one of the world's most well-known charities, the Make-A-Wish Foundation has maintained the grassroots fulfillment of its mission.

Make-A-Wish Mexico is always looking for corporate sponsors, individual donors and volunteers whom serve as wish granters, fundraisers, special events assistants. As the Foundation continues to mature, its mission will remain steadfast. Wish children of the past, present and future will have an opportunity to share the power of a wish.

To become a volunteer, make a donation, adopt a wish, or to refer a child contact us directly at 01-800-DESEOS or email us at info(at)makeawishmexico.org.mx.

Join us at Bite Me! Beach Club on October 31st at 7 pm in support of this worthy cause!

Open since April 2009, bite me! beach club is located on Los Muertos Beach beside the Hotel Tropicana. Over the summer, bite me! hosted Bingo for Beans and Babies in conjunction with PVRPV and Xocodiva, and with the support of many, helped raise money for local charity.

Spooktacular will feature a costume parade. The grand prize for best costume is a one-week stay at our resort, with breakfast at the beach club included. There will also be a 50/50 draw, and a buffet featuring treats from bite me! beach club's talented chef.

So come on out and join the fun, and let's keep the spirit of giving going. Tickets are $100 pesos and are available at bite me! beach club and from the Make-a-Wish Foundation. For more information, call (322) 223-1521, extension 234.
