President Felipe Calderón Witnesses Parade of 99th Anniversary of Mexican Revolution

Accompanied by General Guillermo Galván Galván, Secretary of National Defense; Admiral Mariano Francisco Saynez Mendoza, Navy Secretary and President of the Supreme Court of Justice, Guillermo Ortiz Mayagoitia, President Felipe Calderón Hinojosa witnessed the Commemorative Parade of the 99th Anniversary of the Start of the Mexican Revolution.

The Mexican Army and Air Force participated with 1,050 persons, 32 flags, 6 standards and 800 horses with riders. 80 of these riders were men and 720 men. 125 Mexican cowboys were also involved in the parade.

The military parade included a display in which 11 parachutists from the Mexican Air Force's Fusiliers’ Brigade landed in Constitution Square.
