You don't need to spend hours in the kitchen waiting for the turkey to cook in order to have a traditional Thanksgiving dinner in Puerto Vallarta. A number of Banderas Bay area restaurants are offering Thanksgiving menus that include everything from traditional dishes to more enticing and innovative fare.
Here are just a few of the places in Vallarta where you can get your turkey dinner dished up for you:
Back Alley Steakhouse - 225 Francisco I. Madero, Romantic Zone
On November 26th, Back Alley will be serving up a traditional Thanksgiving Dinner featuring a House Salad, Fresh Roasted Turkey, Homemade Mashed Potatoes, Cranberry Sauce, Stuffing, Mashed Sweet Potatoes, Corn ...and, of course, made from scratch Pumpkin Pie - all for only $239 pesos per person! Daiquiri Dick's - Olas Altas 314, Romantic Zone
Daiquiri Dick's tropical location on Los Muertos Beach offers the perfect atmosphere for enjoying Thanksgiving in Puerto Vallarta. A special November 26th menu will be available from 5-11 pm featuring a Traditional Turkey Dinner with all the trimmings: homemade stuffing, cranberry relish, mashed potatoes and gravy for $225 pesos per person, as well as some not-so traditional dishes like Roasted Herbed-Pork Tenderloin with spiced apple and raisins for $235 pesos and Spaghetti Frutti di Mare: San Blas shrimp, fresh mussels, and calamari in Marinera Sauce for $195 pesos. They'll also be serving up some awesome appetizers starting at $90 pesos and a scrumptious Spiced Pumpkin Pie with Bourbon Chantilly Cream for $85 pesos. Mi Pueblito Restaurant - Olas Altas #380, Zona Romantica
From 6:30-10:30 pm on Thursday, November 26th, Mi Pueblito Restaurant at Los Arcos Hotel will be serving up a delicious Thanksgiving Buffet featuring Salads, Corn Cream au Brandy, Zucchini Blossom Cream, Turkey and gravy, Cardinal Shrimp, Grilled Roast Beef, Fish Kabobs, Sweet Potatoes au Brandy, Assorted Vegetables, Pumpkin Poe and Assorted Cakes for just $255 pesos per person. River Cafe - Isla Rio Cuale Local 4, El Centro
Celebrate Thanksgiving in style at The River Cafe! On November 26th you'll enjoy a feast fit for a king, including: Cream of Leek and Potatoes with garlic-rubbed croutons, Bistro Salad with spinach and arugual, green apples, shaved Reggiano cheese and candied walnuts with honey mustard vinaigrette, Roasted Turkey with Apple Sage Stuffing and gravy, oven roasted Sweet Potatoes and Carrot Puree, Port Wine Cranberry Sauce, Pumpkin Cheesecake with a mixed berry sauce and Jack Daniels Sour Mash Cream for $299 pesos per person, not including gratuities.
