On Friday December 4th, as part of the 6th International Film Festival in Puerto Vallarta, ICON Vallarta, the most luxurious condominium project in Puerto Vallarta designed by Arquitectonica with interiors designed the world famous Phillipe Starck, held an event for over 600 guests.
On a magnificent night our guests were dazzled by fantastic scenery with Stark’s signature, the combining of Mexican details with vanguard designs. An over 200 meter-long swimming pool with illuminated sculptures in it was the focal point where everyone gathered to enjoy a very special night.
Guests toured the project, which includes all the amenities of a 5 Star Hotel: Updated Gym and Spa, it’s very own restaurant, open rooms to gather with friends, a pool room and library; all with the modern touch on its design by Starck.
The Icon residential development encompasses 343 luxury condos in three 28 floor towers. The project will provide the buyers with all kinds of hotel services. In addition to this, our owners will have the most exclusive beach club on one of the most beautiful beaches in Puerto Vallarta.
Attending this glamorous event were Film Festival stars such as Andrew Keegan, Aaron Diaz and Maria Conchita Alonso who enjoyed the company of some of our distinguished buyers such as Mr. Jose Manuel Amutio, Mrs. Luz Blanchet and Mr. Marcelo de los Santos.
This incredible party, full of music and joy, was hosted by Related International Executive Vice President Carlos Rosso and our Sales Director Michelle Minagorri under the direction of Mr. Jorge Perez Chairman of the Related Group and Carlos Ancira Chairman of Chartwell Group.

El pasado 4 de Diciembre, como parte del 6to Festival de Cine Internacional en Puerto Vallarta, ICON Vallarta, el proyecto mas lujoso de Vallarta diseñado por la firma Arquitectónica con interiores del mundialmente famoso Phillippe Starck realizo un evento al cual asistieron 600 personas.
En una noche magnifica los invitados se deslumbraron en un fantástico escenario con la firma de Strack combinando detalles mexicanos con diseños de vanguardia. Un alberca de casi 200 metros de largo iluminada con esculturas sirvió de punto de encuentro para disfrutar un anoche muy especial.
Los invitados recorrieron el proyecto que tiene todas las amenidades de un resort de 5 estrellas: un moderno gimnasio y spa, su propio restaurante, salones abiertos de reuniones, salón de billar y biblioteca, todo diseñado con el toque moderno de Starck.
El proyecto consta de 343 condominios de lujo divididos en 3 torres de 28 pisos de altura. El proyecto provee a todos los compradores servicios de hotel. Aunado a esto, nuestros propietarios podrán disfrutar de un fabuloso club de playa en una de las mejores playas de Puerto Vallarta.
