Cherry Seven Beach Club & Lounge is located at Calle Uruguay #107 in Colonia 5 de Diciembre, just a few blocks north of the Malecón in downtown Puerto Vallarta. For more information, call (322) 223-9417 or (322) 223-3722.
On Friday, January 15, 2010, the new Cherry Seven Beach Club & Lounge celebrated its official opening with a ribbon cutting ceremony. The disco is decorated with a very unique blend of furnishings and architecture that lends to its uniqueness, when contrasted with its beachfront location.

Cherry Seven is also unique to the Puerto Vallarta restaurant scene because it purports to serve area residents, whether they be locals or from Guadalajara. Proprietor Damián Rangel said "...menu prices are accessible for local residents." He goes on to place an emphasis on locals looking for a place to have fun, saying "...there will never be a cover charge."

Damián Rangel and his family opened a chain of Mexican restaurants in the USA, starting in the 1980s, called Fiesta Mexicana, and experienced great success in Texas and California. Cherry Seven is the product of the Rangel family’s return to Mexico, and they plan to have a chain of Cherry Sevens in the future.
