Kunlun Nei Gung Workshop in Yelapa

April 19, 2010

Kunlun Nei Gung (also known as Spontaneous Kunlun) is a very ancient art, said to be 'the forgotten practices of self-awakening' because it was kept secret only in monasteries and temples, shared with a chosen few. Until now.

On the weekend of April 23, 2010, Jeff & Janice Godfrey of the Portland Kunlun School will be presenting a Kunlun Nei Gung Level 1 & The Arts Workshop at Casa de Milagros in Yelapa, Mexico.

Kunlun Nei Gung allows one to let go of all that is no longer needed: fear, limitation, guilt, sadness, etc. It is about going back to the simplification of our self, our true essence of being childlike in nature. It helps us answer the three questions that every single person has asked themselves:

Who Am I?
Where Did I Come From?
Where Am I Going?

Here is a list of some of the manifestations of these practices:

Regenerate innate self healing abilities
Awaken the dormant capabilities with the DNA, activating your full potential
Eliminate negativity, self doubt and guilt
Absorb up to 10 tens more energy (most practitioners rarely get sick)
Remember where you come from
See where you are going

Learn practices designed and refined over thousands of years to rapidly activate your full potential during this 2-Day Workshop!

Simple breathing techniques
Easy to learn postures
Balanced movements
A smiling face

On Friday, April 23 at 6:30pm they will be offering a Free Lecture at Casa Milagros in Yelapa Mexico
