Read my review: Pancho Villa Play at Cecatur

If you want to do something cultural this month, check out Entre Pancho Villa y La Mujer Desnuda (Between Pancho Villa and the Nude Woman) at the Cecatur Auditorium, located at the corner of Zaragoza and Matamoros, near the Main Plaza in downtown Puerto Vallarta, on June 12, 14, 17, 19, 21, 24 and 26th at 8:30 pm.

Entre Pancho Villa y La Mujer Desnuda is directed by Israel Ortiz, who directed last year's production of El Diario de Anna Frank, which many foreigners attended and enjoyed, so you don't need to be fluent in Spanish to understand this play.

Tickets cost just $80 pesos and are on sale now at the SETAC Community Center. 50% of all tickets sold at the GLBT Center will be donated to SETAC, a charitable organization working for the well being and rights of the GLBT community in Vallarta.

Open from Monday to Friday 10 am to 8 pm; Saturday 10 am to 2 pm, SETAC is located at Constitución #427 on the corner of Manuel M. Dieguez on the south side of Puerto Vallarta.

The purpose of the SETAC Puerto Vallarta Gay, Lesbian Bisexual and Transgender (GLBT) Community Center, located at Constitucion #427 on the corner of Manuel Dieguez, is to provide essential services to the GLBT community, including support in recovery from alcoholism and other afflictions, physical and mental health treatment and referrals, education and recreation in an atmosphere of safety, free from discrimination. For more information, contact Paco Arjona at (322) 224-1974 or paco(at)setac.com.mx.
