2011 Women to Women Fashion Show

We are pleased to announce a new location for 2011 Women to Women Fashion Show, scheluled for February 8, 2011. Nadia and her crew at Vista Guayabitos Restaurant are working hard with the Fashion Show Committee to bring this very successful charitable event to a new level. Come join us for a a fun afternoon of fashion, great food, and the best view in the area!
 As in the past we will have designers and boutiques participating in the lineup with vendors and their locally crafted items for sale.
This years proceeds will again be used to sponsor the Cancer de Mama event. More than a hundred women journey to La Penita from as far as Guadalajara to receive breast protheses that have been specifically donated for this cause. Bravo to the folks at the La Penita RV Park for the dedicated team that brings us this great event.
Also, the Fashion Show proceeds offer much needed educational scholarships to young folks for secondary schooling. To date we have offered scholarships to 10 students in the Jaltemba Bay area.
Your Fashion Show Committee thanks one and all for the many years of dedicated support received by the community. The volunteers that make it happen, the attendees we so depend on, and all the behind the scenes help we receive along the way.
