Puerto Vallarta, Mexico – This summer, be on the lookout for some exciting and special evenings to be hosted at Teatro Limón. The mission is to bring the community together in a fun, casual setting while enjoying amazing food and learning a few tricks of the culinary trade from celebrated chef and owner of Teatro Limón, Bruce Byng.

The first event, titled "Meet & Meat" on Saturday, June 11, was a sold-out crowd that enjoyed a 5-course meal with wine pairings.

The fabulous menu included: Hickory and Apple Smoked Duck Breast over a chili and mango infused bed of fresh baby greens with poached cherries; Oven Roasted Venison kissed with a fresh herb and Porcini sauce; and Slow Cooked Sterling Silver Short Ribs with a red wine demi-glaze over their soon-to-be famous Gorgonzola Potato and Leek Hash.

Everyone in attendance gave the evening a unanimous thumbs-up! Throughout the evening, Bruce shared a few of his cooking secrets in the fun and informative way that only Bruce could do! There were many additional surprises as well. All in attendance left with samples of Bruce’s secret spice rub, and Dolores and Robert Brittingham won a very special complete chef’s table dinner for 10!

The next event is scheduled for Saturday, July 2nd. Titled "Surf & Turf," this evening promises to be as successful as the first. Featuring gourmet meats and seafood, with two wine pairings, (a red and white), this fabulous evening costs just $475 Pesos per-person, (cash only) not including gratuity.

There will be a cash bar with cocktail specials beginning at 7 pm, followed by the dinner at 8 pm. Seats will go quickly, so if you would like to participate in the next event, email Bruce at teatrolimon(at)gmail.com. Seating is limited and reservations will be secured on a first-come, first-served basis.

If you would like to be included on future emails detailing these very popular, special summer events, please send an email to teatrolimon(at)gmail.com.
