Puerto Vallarta, Mexico - The exclusive development Nima Bay Marina Vallarta, a unique condominium complex, has received a new attraction, Paul Bhalla's Bombay Brasserie. Paul Bhalla, India's internationally known chef, has a history of success in the U.S. and a reputation for excellent cuisine and selection of dishes.

Visiting this restaurant is like taking a full tour of the Far East, an opportunity to enjoy the magic of spices in traditional Indian dishes. In addition to their own hand made breads, the Bombay Brasserie will have a Tandoori oven. These clay ovens date back to 2,000 BC.

Bombay Brasserie's creator, Paul Bhalla, is "...a man of Indian origin who in the late 50's traveled to the U.S. He began creating dishes for friends who later convinced him to open his own restaurant in Los Angeles. That first restaurant in the United States was so successful that he started a successful chain which includes restaurants in the cities of Santa Barbara, New York and Las Vegas, in addition to Los Angeles."

After the successful creation of his chain of restaurants, Paul and his wife, Sonia, travelled to Guadalajara where they settled and soon decided to open a new restaurant. This was the birthplace of Paul Bhalla's Cuisine India, where he has exhibited his best dishes amid an atmosphere that only he and Sonia could have achieved with an interior design based on actual pieces of Indian origin.

After his successful opening in Guadalajara, Paul and Sonia visited Puerto Vallarta where they met with Javier Olazcoaga, with whom they decided to open a new restaurant in Marina Vallarta, which they called Bombay Brasserie.

The Nima Bay complex is a comfortable and secure building, a residential and commercial development in Marina Vallarta. The project consists of 2 phases with 217 apartments in total, spread over 11 towers of 10 levels each. All the apartments have spectacular views of the Marina, the Sierra Madres and the golf course. The beautiful Nima Bay gardens make a perfect setting for this great new restaurant, Paul Bhalla's Bombay Brasserie.
