December 26, 2011

Michel Ferrari's newly opened Lido Club de Playa is an elegant beach front venue offering one of Puerto Vallarta's finest dining experiences and the perfect place to ring in 2012.

Puerto Vallarta, Mexico - Michel Ferrari's newly opened Lido Club de Playa is an elegant beach front venue offering one of Puerto Vallarta's finest dining experiences. Michel refers to his new restaurant as Lido 8, because dinner service is limited to 8 tables, which enables his staff to provide a remarkable quality of food, wine and service to a small number of guests.

The chef of Lido 8, Alberto Guzman, is a young Mexican professional trained in Seville and Barcelona, Spain, as well as Cancun, and Michel oversees all aspects of the restaurant with his usual impeccable style and taste. The restaurant's nightly gourmet dinner menu, which changes every two weeks, offers 3 starters, 3 main courses and two desserts at 3 price levels designed to fit every budget.
