Puerto Vallarta, Mexico - Everyone involved with CompassioNet Impact Mexico and the Paradise Community Center is excited that Chef Linda Harley is partnering with us to manage our kitchen and launch a restaurant called Paradise Garden Grill and Cantina.

Linda (a.k.a. "Abue-Linda") has already reorganized (and deep-cleaned) the kitchen at the Community Center, and is ready to serve a slightly expanded breakfast from 9-12:30 at the Saturday Co-op Market.

And on Sundays, immediately following the "everybody-welcome" Worship in Paradise Church service, she'll be serving lunch from noon to 2 pm. We're open to the public, so please bring your friends even if you can't make it to church!

Some might say we're a bit LOCO for starting this in September... and to this we say, "Sí... we ARE muy loco!" We are crazy for "Good Times. Good Food. And a Good Cause." As always, all of the proceeds from everything at Paradise Community Center go to support the good cause of CompassioNet Impact Mexico. How can anyone go wrong?
