Global Gift Gala: Paris, Cannes, London, Dubai... now Punta Mita!

Punta Mita, Nayarit, Mexico - Global Gift Galas are star studded events where celebrity and philanthropy walk hand in hand to pay tribute to those that support and foster awareness for children and the empowerment of women worldwide.

Celebrated in Europe and North America with plans for expansion into South America and Middle East, the Global Gift Galas calendar currently includes events in London, Cannes, Paris, Marbella, Dubai, and Los Angeles - and now Punta Mita, Mexico has been confirmed for December, 2013.

Scheduled to be held at The St. Regis Punta Mita Resort, Mexico's Gala will benefit the Eva Longoria Foundation, an organization that helps Latinas build better futures for themselves and their families through education and entrepreneurship.

A Golden Globe-nominated, Screen Actors Guild and ALMA Award-winning actress, producer and businesswoman, Eva Longoria has been named "Philanthropist of the Year" by the Hollywood Reporter and was selected as an honoree for Variety’s "Power of Women Awards" to name a few of her accomplishments.

The galas feature entertainment by renowned artists, an elegant sit down dinner, one-of-a-kind live auction and a special tribute to the Global Gift Philanthropist, Global Gift Humanitarian, Global Gift Philanthropreneur and/or Global Gift Excellence Award recipients.

Along with these prestigious honors, the galas also commemorate unrecognized, yet fiscally responsible, organizations that are impacting their communities with the "Our Heroes" Award, along with a direct donation.

Since its initiation in 2011, the Global Gift Gala has benefitted more than 10 fiscally and socially responsible foundations and has raised vast media awareness and funds reaching over $12,000,000 USD.
