• First Course: Traditional French Onion Soup topped with broiled panela cheese

• Second Course: Rack of Lamb with a salsa made from prunes and romeritos, a traditional ingredient in Mexican holiday recipes that looks like rosemary and tastes like spinach. This is served with garlic mashed potatoes.

• Third Course: Frosted Chocolate Cake with passion fruit ice cream

• One glass of Merlot
