Skydiving in Riviera Nayarit: 'Beach Boogie 2015'

February 12, 2015

Around 100 professional skydivers from around the world will perform a unique show... jumping more than 13 thousand feet and landing on the beaches of Mexico's Pacific Treasure - The Riviera Nayarit.

Nuevo Vallarta, Nayarit, Mexico - If skydiving is on your 'bucket list,' you won't want to miss the third edition of the 'Pachanga Beach Boogie.' Organized by SkydiveMex and scheduled to take place from February 13 through 22, 2015 in Riviera Nayarit, more specifically in Nuevo Vallarta, this event brings another source of exciting entertainment to the Banderas Bay area.

"There will be skydivers jumping continually for 10 days, and the skies of Riviera Nayarit will dress up in color, providing a great show. It will also open up possibilities for those who have never experienced skydiving, as they’ll be able to do it in tandem with some of the best professionals in the world. The goal of this event is to promote and develop the sport," stated the director of Skydivemex, Diego Orozco.

According to Orozco, this year will be a true celebration with more than 100 professional skydivers from different parts of the world jumping from over 13,000 feet, with a freefall lasting over 1 minute. They will reach a speed of 125 mph before they open their parachutes and begin their planned descent to Banderas Bay beaches.

An AFF (Accelerated Free Fall) course, which is the global standard approved by the USPA (United States Parachute Association) as an introduction to professional skydiving, will also be offered.

World champion parachutists from Europe and America, such as Domitile Kiger and Jason Peters, as well as the stars of Red Bull, Amy Chmellecki and Jeff Provenzano, will be participating in this year's edition of the Pachanga Beach Boogie.

Beach Boogie 2015 will put Riviera Nayarit in the skydiving spotlight, giving potential visitors one more reason to vacation in our beautiful and adrenaline-filled destination. For more information, visit skydivemex.mx.
