Puerto Vallarta, Mexico - The Council for Security, Transparency and Good Governance in Puerto Vallarta A.C., has invited several experts in various fields to inform citizens about the proposed projects on the mountain of Puerto Vallarta at a Citizen Forum to be held at 5 pm on January 14 at Los Mangos Library.

The idea is for the experts to, in a professional and appropriate way, give Vallarta citizens clarity on what is happening and what will happen to the mountain with these projects, and to offer some technical and practical solutions that the municipal, state or federal governments, as well as the general public, can exercise.

You can learn about the projects that are being talked about in Puerto Vallarta by attending the "Protect the Mountain?" Citizen Forum on Thursday, January 14 at 5:00 pm, at Los Mangos Library.

Invited experts include: focusing on the environment - Dr. Jorge Téllez López and Périto Biol. Jaime Torres Guerrero; taking the urban approach - Dr. Alfonso Baños Francia and Arq. Mónica Ladrón de Guevara Guereña; and Lic. Melina Juarez Segura - focusing on the legal and regulatory aspects of the projects.
