Wisconsin Rapids, WI - Hello to our fellow Puerto Vallarta fanatics! We are planning our fourth annual "Southside Pub Crawl" set to take place on the Tuesday after the Super Bowl (as usual!) which, this year, will be Tuesday, February 7th, 2017.

We are starting at 1:00 pm instead of 2:00 pm this year and we are visiting 8 places. For those that are not familiar with this pub crawl, it is just a bunch of people that meet and walk around to different pubs that are all located in the "Southside" or "Romantic Zone" of Puerto Vallarta.

There is no charge except that you have to pay for your own food and drinks. Everyone is very welcome to join in the fun! We have been averaging between 80 and 100 participants in previous years, and we hope to see you all again this year.

Here is the list of bars/restaurants and the time frame that we will be at each:

1.Bar La Playa, Lazaro Cardenas 179 A, 1:00 pm to 1:45 pm

2.Twisted Palms Rooftop Lounge, Ignacio L Vallarta 228, 1:45 pm to 2:30 pm

3.Kelly's Pour Favor Saloon and Cookhouse, Lazaro Cardenas 245, 2:30 pm to 3:15 pm

4.Cucco's Market Bistro Café, Basilio Badillo 219, 3:15 pm to 4:00 pm

5.Nacho Daddy Restaurant/Bar, Basilio Badillo 287, 4:00 pm to 4:45 pm

6.Los Muertos Brewing Company, Lazaro Cardenas 302, 4:45 pm to 5:30 pm

7.Gringo Loco, Francisco I Madero 403, 5:30 pm to 6:15 pm

8.Lori's La Escondida's Sports Pub, Jacarandas 210, just off Madero, 6:15 pm to 7:00 pm

We would like to make sure that everyone understands that this "Pub Crawl" is open to anyone! This is a great way to see areas of Puerto Vallarta that most visitors don't usually take the time to see. And we have met many wonderful people on these "Crawls." There is no charge except that you have to pay for whatever food and drink that you consume.

And speaking of food... Bruce from Cucco's has mentioned something about his wonderful hamburgers again! Sounds like the same deal as last year! Just remember to tip the servers! And Lori at La Escondida mentioned that their special that evening is all-you-can-eat pasta. That sounds like a great way to top off a day of drinking!

Feel free to chime in on TripAdvisor with any comments or questions. And to let us know if you will be joining us. It is good to have a general count so the bars can staff accordingly. Also, the idea of making t-shirts has been brought up. From what I have found out so far, it should be no more than $10 USD per shirt.

We are not sure if we will get some printed, but if there is enough interest, we might. So, please let us know if you would like to have a t-shirt and, if so, what size. You certainly are not required to buy a shirt to participate in the crawl.
