Human Connections Fund Raising Dinner Party

Human Connections, a local not-for-profit in Bucerias, is having a fund raising Dinner Party and Silent Auction, Thursday, December 8th, at 6 pm at La Postal! Tickets include a 3 course meal, live music, open bar, as well as the opportunity to bid on the many pieces of handcrafted art and local experience packages up for auction. Buying a ticket contributes to Human Connections and their cause which seeks to empower local communities and foster conversation that shifts perspectives and increases understanding. Human Connections achieves this through inviting travellers to come through different means, such as day tours, and learn about local artisans and their crafts. This increases awareness of others and breaks down stigmas about low income artisans in Mexico. They also connect artisans to international markets through introducing them to travellers and selling their products in their online store. For more information, visit humanconnections.org or send an email to Caylee LaBranche at caylee(at)humanconnections.org.
