'Donny Most, Mostly Sings' Opens March 5 at Act II

February 22, 2018

Happy Days are Here Again, or at least Donny Most, aka 'Ralph Malph'. Don't miss "Donny Most, Mostly Sings!" on March 5, 6, 8 & 10th at 7:30 pm at Act II STAGES. Click HERE to get your tickets TODAY!

Puerto Vallarta, Mexico - Donny Most, best known as "Ralph Malph" on the long running hit television show, Happy Days, brings the songs of Frank Sinatra, Bobby Darin, Dean Martin and more... to life! Through his musical interpretations and creative arrangements, "Swing era" and "50’s Cool" are fused together into one very unique show! In addition to acting and directing, Donny has returned to his first love... singing!

As a child, Donny wanted to be an entertainer, just like the actors in his favorite film, The Jolson Story. He studied acting, singing and dancing and got his first big break at age 15 when he became a member of a teenage musical group that toured the Catskill Mountains. At age 20, he landed the role of "Ralph Malph" in the TV series, Happy Days. Originally cast as a "stock jock" character, director Garry Marshall was so captivated by Donny's charm and comedic timing, that he rewrote and transformed the part of Ralph Malph into the beloved class comedian that won the hearts of America.

In the two decades that have followed the success of Happy Days, Donny has appeared in numerous television and film roles, including EDtv, Follow, Glee, Love Boat, Baywatch and many more.

He has also appeared in many musical productions, including Damn Yankees with Dick Van Dyke, Strike Up the Band, I Love My Wife, and many more! Throughout his long and varied career, however, Donny has never forgotten his dream to return to his musical theater days.

He has always loved the standards/swing/big band style of music, so he created this show, "Donny Most, Mostly Sings!" He has performed it recently at Feinstein's 54 Below and the Iridium Jazz Club in New York City, as well as the Catalina's Jazz Club in Hollywood... to great acclaim!

"Don't mistake his one-man show for celebrity self-indulgence or stunt-casting: Donny Most can really sing."

His Rat Pack quality seems to bring in audiences of all ages and backgrounds." ~Broadway World
