Puerto Vallarta, Jalisco, Mexico - The U.S. Consulate General of Guadalajara and the Vallarta Consular Agency invite all English speaking expats and snowbirds to the first-ever 'Expat Info Fair,' set to be held on Friday, April 13 at Salon Paradise in Nuevo Vallarta.

What: The Consulate General Expat Info Fair

When: Friday, April 13, 2018 from 10:00 am to 1:00 pm

Where: Salon Paradise in Nuevo Vallarta (Next to San Javier Hospital Nuevo Vallarta and across from Hard Rock Hotel)

How (much): Free Entrance and Free Parking

Why: Come and Meet with U.S., Mexican & Canadian Authorities; ask questions, voice concerns, share ideas, make official contacts. Get information directly from authorities; learn about senior citizen discount cards, immigration status & visas, car importation, security tips & emergency preparedness, and volunteer opportunities.

Who: U.S. Consulate General Representatives, including: American Citizen Services (Passport and Emergency Services), Social Security and Federal Benefits, Regional Security, and Public Diplomacy.

American Legion Post #14 and the Puerto Vallarta Navy League

Canadian Embassy Consular Agency Representatives

Invited Mexican Authorities from Bahía de Banderas and Puerto Vallarta, including: Immigration, Customs/SAT, Municipal Police/Transito, Municipal/State Tourism, Municipal/State Civil Protection, Consumer Protection, and DIF.
