Puerto Vallarta, Mexico - Act II is already going "full speed ahead" to get ready for its exciting 2018-2019 season! With five musicals and a stage play on its Main Stage schedule, rehearsals are being held every day, and the staff is busy preparing costumes, set design and everything else that needs to be done.

The 2018/2019 season is jam-packed with fabulous entertainment! After five seasons as the largest entertainment provider in Puerto Vallarta, Act II really knows what audiences want! This year's Main Stage season will be more ambitious than any previous season, and includes great shows, like "Nunsense A-Men!" and Little Shop of Horrors, Cinderella, The Great American Trailer Park Musical, A Gershwin Revue, The Foreigner, and more!

Cinderella, the Musical Opens November 21

Think back for just a moment… do you remember the fairy tale, Cinderella… the animated story of a young woman forced into a life of servitude by her cruel stepmother and self-centered stepsisters? The girl who was transformed into a princess and found her handsome prince? Cinderella, the Musical is based on that fairy tale.

But in his inimitable style, Act II's talented director, Alfonso Lopez, puts a modern-day twist on this old-fashioned fairytale to create a refreshing, and sometimes irreverent, stage production that brings the animated version of this classic to life!

The music is beautiful… classic Rodgers and Hammerstein… the dancing is stunning, the costumes are gorgeous, and the set is breathtaking. But the best part of this production is the surprisingly hilarious and ironic message that will have everyone rolling in the aisles with laughter!

People of all ages will love this family-friendly musical that features many of Puerto Vallarta's well-known actors, along with some very talented newcomers. Adults will love the humor and the seemingly impossible costume changes, and children will love the magic and beauty of a Broadway musical. Be sure to put this on your list of things to do in Puerto Vallarta this winter!
