Houston to Host Mexico Travel and Real Estate Expo

Houston — The Mexico Travel & Real Estate Expo, the first of its kind in Houston, will take place at the George R. Brown Convention Center on Saturday, October 21st, 2006 from 10 am to 4 pm.

The Expo will feature exhibitors promoting the travel/tourism industry and real estate products from throughout Mexico.

“The purpose of the show is to promote tourism and real estate in Mexico by bringing together Mexico-based businesses and tourism officials with US consumers, buyers, travel & real estate industry professionals and the media,” said Ted Donovan, event organizer and president of Mexico Travel and Real Estate Expo.

“There is no other public show of this kind in Texas, and we are delighted to finally provide an opportunity to educate consumers and tourists about Mexico travel and real estate products firsthand. The response from exhibitors, sponsors and the general public has been overwhelming and we anticipate it becoming an annual event.”

The cost for admission is $5 for adults. Admission is free for Children under 12, as well as media and real estate and travel industry professionals (with business card.) Discount coupons are available online at www.mexicotravelandrealestate.com.

In addition to the Expo, a series of complimentary seminars on tourism and owning real estate in Mexico will be offered throughout the day.

The purpose of the show is to educate US consumers on tourism, business, and real estate in Mexico by bringing together Mexico-based businesses and tourism officials with US tourists, buyers, travel & real estate industry professionals, and the media.
