Kimball Re-Elected For Fifth AMPI Term

Tere Kimball has been elected for a fifth year as President of the Riviera Nayarita chapter of A.M.P.I. (the Mexican Association of Real Estate Professionals.) Kimball is also the Broker/Partner for Prudential California Realty, Vallarta Division.
Saul Groman of the Real Estate Store was elected Vice President and Ignacio Purpon will serve as Secretary. Elena Andrade and Fay Sloan from El Grupo de Bienes Raíces will jointly serve as Treasurer. Sergio de Los Rios from Remax Bahía and Armando Garcia from Armoni Real Estate are board members.
Kimball said, "I am so pleased by the election of excellent board members. We will have real momentum with this terrific team."
The A.M.P.I. Riviera Nayarita General Assembly was held on Thursday, November 29 with approximately 48 attendees. The event was hosted by Robert Foster of Robert Foster and Asociados at Casa Minitas in Bucerias.
Following the election, Kimball said, "Being president of A.M.P.I. Riviera Nayarita is a big responsibility, but I am happy to stay on for another year. I am very pleased to be working closely with David Pullen of A.M.P.I. Vallarta and Juan José Martínez from A.M.P.I. Compostela to continue the standardization of our real estate practices."
"The Puerto Vallarta area is a world class market. We must have well educated, professional members who can respond to this market opportunity," Kimball said.
The yearly A.M.P.I. Riviera Nayarita posada party is scheduled for the 15th of December at Punta Vista Condominiums in Punta Mita, hosted by La Punta Realty.
