The New Marina La Cruz development was the subject of a presentation by Christian Mancebo and Maria Joaquina at the monthly A.M.P.I. Riviera Nayarit meeting on October 2 at the lovely Casa Tsil in La Cruz de Huanacaxtle.
The very large scale marina and condo project has now completed 360 full service boat slips some of which can dock boats of 400 feet.
Tere Kimball, president of the Mexican Association of Professional Realtors of Riviera Nayarit (A.M.P.I Riviera - Nayarita chapter) spoke of a recent real estate course given by Rafael Valdez of Realty Executives with a turnout of 14 students.
Kimball said, "The A.M.P.I. Chapters of the Bay, Vallarta, Riviera Nayarit and Compostela are very proud to have ongoing education to make sure that all members and affiliates can meet the same high standards of ethics, knowledge and professionalism."
