Puerto Vallarta - Already offering one of the most diverse and award-winning menus in Banderas Bay, El Arrayán is proud to add new and exciting traditional Mexican dishes to their menu for the coming season.

Named a landslide winner for the "Best Mexican Restaurant" in Puerto Vallarta for the past four years in Vallarta Lifestyle's Reader's Choice Awards and recently awarded the AAA 3 Diamond Award, El Arrayán strives to continually introduce new options, experiences and flavors to locals and visitors alike.

New this season, in addition to all of your other favorites, you'll discover Jamaica Flower Quesadillas, Sautéed Hibiscus Flowers (ham~i~ka) with Oaxaca (asadero) cheese in freshly made corn tortillas, homemade Duck Paté, served with slices of toasted sourdough bread with morita pepper oil and habanero jam, or a delicious Ceviche Guerrero, made with fish, Acapulco style, with onions, cilantro, tomato puree, avocado and green olives.

You may also want to try some of their new entrees including Chile Ancho Relleno, a dried Ancho pepper filled with sautéed shrimp, tomatoes and guajillo pepper served with smooth bean sauce with fresh "epazote" herb aroma, or their 12 oz. Premium Quality Rib Eye Steak, marinated in mild Mexican spices served with one mole enchilada, cactus paddle salad and pestle and mortar "molcajete" salsa.

For dessert, you won't want to miss trying some of their new homemade ice creams and sorbets featuring all natural and quality agreements. Their ice creams come in organic vanilla, Mexican chocolate, caramel or avocado and their sorbets come in tamarind and passion fruit.

Come enjoy some of the new menu options and discover for yourself all the flavors of Mexico at one award-winning location! While there, make sure to check out their list of imaginative and signature cocktails, or their diverse wine list.

Come see why El Arrayán was voted Puerto Vallarta's favorite Mexican Restaurant. Located at #344 Allende, just a short stroll up from the Malécon in El Centro, El Arrayán is open Wednesday-Monday (closed Tuesday) from 6 pm to 11 pm. For dinner reservations, please call 222-7195.
