Tere Kimball of Prudential Vallarta was elected for a sixth year as President of the Riviera Nayarita chapter of A.M.P.I. (Mexican Association of Real Estate Professionals.) Saul Groman, Director of Sales at Sierra del Mar Los Arcos and Ignacio Purpon from BeachBay Properties were also re-elected as Vice President and Secretary.
Two new board members were elected: Alma Arredondo from Cochran Real Estate, William and Judith McFadden from the McFadden Group.
The Christmas breakfast buffet was held on Thursday, December 11 at Punta Pelicanos #45 and was hosted by Antonia Lavender & Paloma Mestre (Prudential Vallarta Realtors.) More than 55 attendees enjoyed the celebration and following the meeting, some of the realtors toured other available properties for sale in the complex.
