Prudential Vallarta Celebrates Christmas and Prepares for an Interesting 2009

More than fifty members of the Prudential Vallarta "family" gathered at the magnificent Villa Mediterraneo on the Bay's South Shore on December 23, 2008 to celebrate the season and the year.
The jazz group, La Boquita, entertained the group, and a ten-man Mariachi band, all dressed in white, waited on the sidelines to surprise the guests.
Broker / Partner Tere Kimball presented awards to top producers Antonia Lavender of the Prudential La Cruz office and Ariel Ochoa of Prudential Paradise Village. Tere spoke of the company's successes in 2008 and the team's optimism and strength for the year to come.
"Of course, all of us in the real estate and tourism industries are now going through serious challenges. There is the famous myth about a Chinese curse: 'May you live in interesting times.'
