The State of Puerto Vallarta Real Estate

Search the Multi Listing Service databank for current Puerto Vallarta property listings, real estate market news and interesting and informative articles about living in Puerto Vallarta on BanderasBayLifestyle.com.
With the current state of the global economy, naturally there has been a lot of talk about the real estate industry here in Puerto Vallarta. Talk on the street is that buyers are going to wait "until the bottom hits" before they purchase a second or vacation home in Mexico.

Some consumers are waiting, while others realize it is a buyer's market and that while prices are moderating back to where they were approximately 3 years ago, any more leveling off of the local real estate market they may think will happen can always be reflected in an offer. Historically prices go back up in the fall. As they say, "Buy Low - Sell High."

An important trend that I see is the purchase of property that can serve two purposes, vacation and income-producing property. With over 4.75 million people from around the world visiting Puerto Vallarta each year and only 30,000 hotel rooms, the PV condo rental industry continues to be lucrative.

Most of my clients report earning up to $20,000 USD return on their investment each year. That's right, I said $20k a year - and yes, I can prove it to you. Just send an email to me at marla(at)g3mex.com with your specific budget and area of preference, and I will let you know where to find the best income-producing properties in Puerto Vallarta and around Banderas Bay.

For example, here is a link to my featured listing at Bay View Grand. It is a 2 bedroom beach front condo, turnkey, with repeat rental clientele. Income logs are available upon request.

You can also search the local Multi Listing Service databank for current Puerto Vallarta property listings and real estate market news, as well as interesting and informative articles about living in Puerto Vallarta on my website, BanderasBayLifestyle.com.

If you have any questions or comments on purchasing property in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico please let me know. I am here to help you find your slice of paradise.
