The A.M.P.I. Riviera Nayarita monthly meeting was held this past Thursday, April 2nd, at exquisite Villa del Lago in Marina Vallarta, hosted by Nicole Martin and Tere Kimball of Prudential.
As always, there was an excellent turnout by local real estate professionals and they were superbly rewarded for their efforts with the opportunity to tour such a beautiful villa and feast on a catered breakfast provided by our hosts.
At this meeting general real estate matters were discussed and a special presentation was offered by Lic. Jorge Careaga regarding changes with the Notarios and Service de Administración Tributaria (SAT) in the application and reporting of I.S.R. (Impuestos Sobre la Renta or Capital Gains Tax.)
