El Arrayán's Chef Mariano Valdés
On Tuesday, July 20th, El Arrayán's Chef Mariano Valdés, and Marantina's Chef, Oscar Rito, will combine their culinary talents to create a one-time special dinner at Marantina Restaurant on the south side of Puerto Vallarta.

These two chefs share a passion for Mexican traditions and ingredients. Chef Mariano has been responsible for El Arrayán's award winning Mexican cuisine for over two years and Chef Oscar has recently taken over Marantina with his contemporary fusion dishes.

Valdés and Rito had been friends for a few years in Mexico City, and when they met again here in Puerto Vallarta a few months ago, they decided to cook a special six course dinner together. Each Chef will create one appetizer, one main dish and one dessert. One glass of wine will be included in the per person price, which has not yet been confirmed.

Limited space is available for this culinary experience, and reservations are required, so call Erica Manuale at (322) 223-4543 to reserve your space today!

Open Monday-Saturday from 10 am to 1 am, Marantina Restaurant is located at Púlpito #120 on the south side of Puerto Vallarta. Visa and MasterCard are accepted. For more information call (322) 223-4543.

Located at #344 Allende, just a short stroll up from the Malécon in El Centro, El Arrayán is open Wednesday-Monday (closed on Tuesdays) from 5:30 pm to 11 pm. Visa, MasterCard and American Express Cards are accepted. Reservations online at ElArrayan.com.mx or by calling (322) 222-7195.
