Sara and Tish, your hostesses
The local group of Expats in Vallarta made up of residents, visitors and investors from other countries continues to grow dramatically. Their last Happy Hour get-together was attended by over 100 people.

The first Happy Hour for this season will be Tuesday, October 12th at 5 pm at Langostinos on Los Muertos Beach. Langostinos is located at the end of M. Dieguez on Los Muertos Beach, one block off Olas Altas and one block south of Los Arcos Hotel. They have a new owner, manager and staff and are anxious to host us. The management has come up with some terrific appetizers and will be offering drink specials for our group.

In addition to their Happy Hours, Expats in Vallarta also have Wine and Appetizer Evenings scheduled at various ExPats homes in the Banderas Bay area.

The next Wine and Appetizer Evening will take place on Friday, October 8th from 6:30 to 8:30 pm at a member's condo in the downtown area. Then, on Friday, October 29th from 6:30 to 8:30 pm, another Wine and Appetizer event will be held at a member's home in Versalles.

Seating will be limited for all of the evenings so that it is more personal and it is not overcrowded. To make reservations for any of these events email sarajwise(at)yahoo.com

ExPats in Vallarta also has two special interest groups, ExPats in Vallarta Young Generation (EVYG), and ExPats Singles. For more information about these groups and their activities, and ExPats in general check the ExPats In Vallarta website.

The purpose of the group is informal fellowship and assistance for Expats around Vallarta or for those considering the area. There is no membership fee or requirement; everyone pays for only what they use or consume.

For further information, check out the ExPats In Vallarta website, which is set up to provide information about the group and communication between members.
