The perfect combination of good wine paired with outstanding gourmet treats was enjoyed by guests at Cava Cinco on Saturday, November 20th, with all proceeds for the evening going to Refugio Infantil Santa Esperanza (RISE), a shelter for children here in Puerto Vallarta.

Sea Coast Wine and Spirits offered samples of four different wines from various parts of the world, while Food by Seth shared special food paired to each wine tasting, all in the beautiful and comfortable setting of Cava Cinco Wine Bar located upstairs in Plaza Small Vallarta near Parque Hidalgo.

In addition, fifteen children from RISE were treated to a dinner out and a movie at Cava Cinco.

Special thanks go to Mattia Bartolucci from Cava Cinco, David Restivo from Sea Coast Wine and Spirits, and Seth Cloutman from Food by Seth for their generous offerings.

For more information about RISE, please contact Sol Martinez Maciel at (322) 222-7857 or Chris Amo at 044-322-160-9870.

The Refugio Infantil Santa Esperanza is a non-profit shelter for babies and children under the age of 14. R.I.S.E. is a Mexican non-profit charitable organization, which accepts donations through a number of charitable organizations.
