email this pageprint this pageemail usRodolfo Rosas & Bud Shafer - PVNN
December 28, 2010

Miralo is located in Centro at Iturbide #236-A. Visit the website at www.miralopv.com
"That was fantastic… that was so much fun… that was so informative…"

Miralo, a studio of art and gifts, is the location where mosaic artist Rodolfo Rosas Hernandez presents his popular monthly free demonstration on stained glass mosaic art. Rodolfo presents an hour long informational talk on how he creates his mosaics. He begins by sharing his knowledge about design, mosaic tools, and stained glass. He demonstrates many cutting techniques of the glass and his process of completing his stained glass mosaic art.

Having his studio at Miralo enables Rodolfo to conduct stained glass mosaic workshops several times a year. Each participant in the workshop creates their own piece of mosaic art while they learn glass cutting techniques to finishing techniques as Rodolfo gives each of his student individual attention. The workshop is limited to four participants which means you will have unlimited assistance and guidance from Rodolfo as you work. Whether you are a beginner or have worked with stained glass before, Rodolfo's workshops will allow you to learn new techniques and style in the creating of a piece of stained glass mosaic art while having fun.

Detailed information on the demonstrations and workshops may be found on Miralo's website www.miralopv.com. Miralo is located in Centro; a block from the main church and plaza at Iturbide #236-A, across the street from the fabric store Parisina.

Miralo is a studio of art and gifts that features Rodolfo Rosas's stained glass mosaic art and also represents many other contemporary Mexican arts and crafts by various artists and studios across Mexico. Take a look at Miralo's website to see why the studio gallery has been referred to as "simply unique".
