It has been 2 years since we launched the "Make a Difference" Foundation in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico to help those less fortunate than ourselves. Last year, due to the generosity of many of you, we were able to accomplish some meaningful work.

In 2010 we continued to provide 40 food baskets each month to poor families who reside in the Paso Ancho and Paso de Guayabo colonials of Puerto Vallarta. We provided funding for the community of Las Veranos/Las Juntas located 30 minutes South of Puerto Vallarta to do some needed roadwork and hold a community party.

We provided a wheelchair to a local man who could not afford one. Last, we provided much needed dental work for a 16 year old girl whose teeth were malformed and rotten due to malnutrition and poor drinking water.

This work took over 6 months and was performed by 2 local dentists and an orthodontic surgeon form Guadalajara. The outcome was very heartwarming and will surely "Make a Difference" in this young girls life.

This year we will continue our work with the poor families in Paso Ancho and Paso de Guayabo, and will try to provide the funding for a necessary operation for the man we purchased the wheelchair for in hopes he can walk again. We will evaluate other projects based on the level of your generosity.
