Puerto Vallarta, Mexico - One of the best things about the season is Daiquiri Dick's Summer Sizzle. From June through August this popular Puerto Vallarta beachside restaurant will offer diners three delectable courses for just $299 pesos per person.

The Summer Sizzle menu changes weekly, featuring the cuisine of a different country. Plus there are choices for each course.

From June 1st to the 6th sample the flavors of Italy.
Dinner is served from 5:30 to 11 pm.

Appetizers

• Bruschetta of the Day (3 Per Order)

• Beef Carpacio with arugula, olive oil, Parmesan cheese and fresh black pepper

• Antipasto Platter with grilled vegetables, olives, Serrano ham, salami and crostini

Entrées

• Warm Scallop and Shrimp Salad with mushrooms, eggplant and arugula, with a lemon-dijon and shallot vinaigrette

• Spaghetti Carbonara with bacon, garlic, Parmesan cheese and egg

• Rosemary Lemon Chicken served with polenta, sauteed spinach and a garlic lemon sauce

Desserts

• Tiramisu

• Pears poached in red wine, served with Brie cheese

• Gelato of the Day

No sweet tooth? No problem, substitute one national drink or a glass of house wine for the dessert course. Next week, the Summer Sizzle Menu will feature the lively flavors of Mexico.
