For over 25 years, Peter and Tari Bowman have nourished Puerto Vallarta at their serene and sophisticated beachside restaurant, Daiquiri Dick's. Though the name is casual, this restaurant on Playa los Muertos appeals to sophisticated tastes.
Executive Chef Ignacio Uribe Moreno and Thai Chef Hnoi Lattitham have fused an eclectic menu where classic Mexican, European and American preparations appear side by side, along with a spirited dose of Asian, Indian, and northern African influences.
The restaurant's contemporary design exudes a quiet elegance that invites relaxation, and its tropical location on Los Muertos Beach offers the perfect atmosphere for enjoying spectacular views of Banderas Bay.
 This popular restaurant is a Puerto Vallarta Gourmet Festival participant and the menu is always evolving. Deciding to order one of the specials or from the regular menu can be a challenge, so plan ahead by checking out PV's first virtual menu, located right outside the restaurant on Olas Altas.
Open daily from 9 am to 11 pm, Daiquiri Dick's offers elegant dining in a relaxed atmosphere for breakfast, lunch or dinner. (Closed on Tuesdays from May 1st to October.) Visa, MasterCard and Banamex accepted. Reservations are recommended.
