Sara and Tish, your hostesses

Puerto Vallarta, Mexico - The local group of Expats in Vallarta, made up of residents, visitors and investors from other countries, continues to grow dramatically. Even during the summer months they have several functions planned.

'Coffee With a Local Author' will be held at 10 am on July 7th at the Paradise Community Center on the south side of Vallarta. R. D. Lyons will be featured this month.

On July 9th and 22nd, Wine and Appetizer evenings will be held at various ExPats' homes in the Banderas Bay area.

A casual dinner with an Asian theme will be held at the Paradise Community Center on July 14th at 6 pm, featuring a three course meal including appetizer, main course and dessert. The price will be $200 pesos per person and that includes tax and tip. There will also be a cash bar. Seating is limited and advance tickets are necessary.

On August 9th at 10 am, Pam Thompson from HealthCare Resources Puerto Vallarta will be giving an informal talk about healthcare and insurance in an air conditioned meeting room in Plaza Marina for ExPats in the Banderas Bay area. Afterwards, she'll take us on a tour of the new AmeriMed Hospital.

Reservations are necessary for all activities. Please RSVP to sarajwise(at)yahoo.com or visit ExpatsInVallarta.com for more details.

The purpose of the group is informal fellowship and assistance for Expats around Vallarta or for those considering the area. There are no membership fees or requirements; everyone pays for only what they use or consume. To learn more, visit ExpatsInVallarta.com.
