November = Good Times at Daiquiri Dick's

November is a very special month for owners Peter and Tari Bowman, who have owned and operated Daiquiri Dick's since 1981. On the 25th, the restaurant is celebrating its 40th anniversary, which was established on the famous stretch of Los Muertos Beach in 1972.

Puerto Vallarta, Mexico - The second half of November will definitely be festive at Daiquiri Dick's restaurant in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico. Thanksgiving dinner kicks off a super long weekend of food, drink and fun.

Celebrate a tropical Thanksgiving on Thursday, November 24 with a traditional or not-so-traditional dinner. Either way, enjoy the holiday right on Los Muertos Beach with family and friends.

Daiquiri Dick's Thanksgiving menu includes:

Starters

• Winter Squash and Apple Soup - $85 pesos
• Spinach Salad with Warm Bacon Dressing - $80

Main Courses

• Traditional Turkey Dinner with Homemade Stuffing, Cranberry Relish, Mashed Potatoes, Roasted Sweet Potatoes and Gravy - $235 pesos

• Roasted Rack of Lamb with Port Demi-Glace and Mushroom Ragout - $320

• Grilled Maple Glazed Salmon with Slivered Almonds - $245

Desserts

• Spiced Pumpkin Cheesecake - $85 pesos

• Butterscotch Pecan Tart with Scotch-Spiked Whipped Cream - $95

The regular a la carte menu will also be available. Reservations are highly recommended.

A blast from the past includes classic Caesar salad, Daiquiri Dick's style, and one of the most popular chicken dishes of all time, California chicken which is a chicken breast stuffed with cheese, wrapped in bacon and served with a curry sauce, the ever popular pescado Vallarta (fish-on-a-stick) and their famous barbecued short ribs with homemade sauce. For dessert, enjoy a slice of key lime pie! Dinner runs 5-11 pm, don't miss this exciting night, reservations are recommended.
