Puerto Vallarta, Mexico - Emmy award-winning writer and singer-comedian, Chi Chi Rones (aka Peter Garcia), made her Puerto Vallarta debut in South of My Border on Thursday, December 22, 2011 at the Palm Cabaret and Bar at Olas Altas 508 on Vallarta's south side/Zona Romantica. Chi Chi has performed her hilarious show with RSVP Cruises for the past ten years and is a regular in Los Angeles and Palm Springs, California.

The "Spitfire Latina from Tijuana" will sing and dance her way into your hearts with stories and songs (both funny and touching) ...LIVE! There is no lip sync in this show. Also, watch for Chi Chi's uncanny Judy Garland impression that has wowed her crowds in Hollywood, where she performs at the Cavern Club Celebrity Theater at Casita del Campo, and in Palm Springs, where she recently performed alongside another Emmy-award winner and close friend, Leslie Jordan (Will and Grace,Desperate Housewives). In fact, Leslie Jordan has said of Chi Chi's show, "I laughed until I peed my pants... Chi Chi is THAT funny!"

Chi Chi Rones show opened December 22 at 10 pm and will continue with performances on Dec. 24 (@8pm), 25 (@10pm), 27 (@8pm), 29 (@10pm) and 30th (@8pm).
