For only $495 per person, The River Café's friendly staff will treat you to a welcome drink and a refreshing Roasted Beet Salad with Organic Mix Greens and Spiced Goat Cheese. An enticing Roasted Bottom Mushroom Soup with Truffle Oil Drizzle will follow, along with your choice of entrée: Grilled Sonora Tenderloin and Spiced Shrimp with Saffron-Potato Puree, Black Pepper Sauce and Mango-Mint Coulis or Pan Roasted Catch of the Day in Dry Peppers "Adobo" served over Shrimp Risotto with "Rajas Poblanas" and a touch of Cilantro Oil.
