• Ajo Blanco - Chilled White Gazpacho with Apples, Grapes and Almonds

• Pork and Shrimp Siu-Mai - Traditional Chinese Styled Steamed Dumpling, served with spicy citrus-soy dipping sauce.

• Roasted Beet Salad with Watercress, Goat Cheese and Apples, tossed with a red wine shallot vinaigrette
