• Spinach Salad with Toasted Almonds, Blueberries, Strawberries with a White Wine Dijon Mustard Vinaigrette

• Grilled Shrimp Brochettes, encrusted in sesame seed, cumin and chile, served with Lemon Aioli

• Grilled Zucchini and Yellow Squash Salad with Feta, Pine Nuts, Red Onion and Ancho chile with a Parsley Mint Dressing
