La Cruz, Mexico - Acción en La Cruz announced this week that the Flamenco/Jazz trio, Tatewari will be the featured band at the "LET’S GET THE PARTY STARTED!" event at Sandzibar Restaurant at the Alamar Beach Club in La Cruz. The party will be hosted by Sandzibar who will present gourmet tapas and appetizers at the beautiful beach venue.

Those who’ve dined at Sandzibar already know what an amazing job chef/owner Bernhard Güth has done at his La Cruz showcase eatery - he also is the talent behind Puerto Vallarta’s highly-awarded TRIO and VITAE restaurants. If you haven’t yet visited, let this be the occasion to discover Sandzibar, truly a unique experience.

Dine like a king/queen, dance to the Latin rhythms of Tatewari, sip on your favorite beverage from the no-host bar, and socialize with all of your new and old friends under the stars and alongside the spectacular Bahia de Banderas.

This slice of paradise is a showcase event not to be missed and will be the kickoff for Acción en La Cruz this season. This program - formerly called Work for Food - has been on hiatus since mid-summer, awaiting funds to purchase (minimally) a month’s supplies to provide dispensas for the 18 volunteers who currently do the street cleaning and other community projects here in La Cruz.

The Acción en La Cruz program's focus is on single mothers, elderly, disabled, and unemployed persons. These members of the community volunteer for 2 hours a day to help keep their communities clean, and in return bring home a basket of healthy food that will provide them, and their families, with wholesome meals. The result is clean streets and playgrounds, and recycled trash

The LET’S GET THE PARTY STARTED! event will be held on Wednesday, November 13th, and tickets will be only $300 pesos.
