Puerto Vallarta, Mexico - After the successful culinary celebration of its tenth anniversary, El Arrayán Restaurant is ready to celebrate with you this holiday season, which has already begun in Mexico with traditional Posadas and Guadalupana processions.
From December 20th, 2013 through January 5th, 2014, Chef Alfonso Corona has prepared a selection of Christmas Specials, including traditional "Adobo" Turkey with stuffing and mashed sweet potatoes; Salt Cod "Vizcaína" with baby potatoes; Premium Pork Chop with 'Manchamanteles,' which is a fruit mole and Poblano-Potato mash, a magnificent dish from the state of Oaxaca which masterfully combines textures and sweet, salty and spicy from its many flavors and rustic ingredients.
