Puerto Vallarta, Jalisco, Mexico - The 2014 Vallarta Real Estate Fair was a big success. "We had twice as many visitors, twice as much information and there were great exhibitors," says Carl Timothy, President, Timothy Real Estate Group, sponsors of the fair.

"I'm always interested in real estate," says Susan Engen, fair attendee. "My husband and I own property down here, which is very important, especially if we start thinking about selling it. There was a lot of information available, and it was very good."

Timothy goes on to say that the most successful part of the fair was the addition of real estate workshops. It was a great opportunity for the professionals to talk to everyone and then take questions from the audience. There were speakers from a notary's office, a title insurance company, a mortgage broker, and a property management team that talked about renting your home or condo. There was also a video report on the real estate market for Puerto Vallarta real property buyers and sellers.

"My wife and I are interested in buying a condo in Vallarta," says potential PV condo owner, Ron Markle. "We would use it and we would rent it out, and we just wanted to find out as much information as we could about it."

There will be another Vallarta Real Estate Fair next year and it will probably be even larger since the turnout has been so impressive for the last two years. Carl Timothy says that, given the Vallarta Real Estate Fair's track record, he's sure that the 2015 event will be bigger and better than ever.
